At Therma-lam we
manufacture our covers with
closed cell polyethylene
foam laminated to metallized
film on proprietary
equipment designed and built
by our engineers. Our
goal is to produce
insulated covers and bags
that offered superior
thermal properties at very
competitive prices.
By laminating our own
materials in house, we give
our customers the
flexibility to choose the
thermal protection necessary
for their shipments at a
price point they are
comfortable with.
We can laminate materials as
thin as 1/32" up to 1/2",
and we have the capabilities
of adding a layer of high
density film to the inside
of the cover for added
strength.
Our standard cover is
designed to fit a 40" x 48"
pallet. (cover size:
40"x48"x48")
We are eager to have the
